No two Real Estate transactions are exactly the same. It's my job to communicate and discuss the specifics of the transaction with my clients and represent them to the best of my ability. To do this, I am constantly increasing my knowledge of the Real Estate market including the ever changing valuation of homes and land in the area, market trends, changes in laws, changes in contracts and forms, special assessments and many other variables. You need someone who knows this area inside and out! I can work with you to find the right home at the right price for you, including all the neighborhood amenities that matter - not to mention the essential criteria you have for your ideal home.

Sell a Home
When it's time to move, you need someone who will advertise your home, show to prospective buyers, negotiate the purchase contract, arrange financing, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and supervise the closing. I can take care of everything you need, from start to close.

Find a Home to Rent
Some of my clients aren't ready to buy a home just yet and some have just move to Charlotte and want to get to know the area before committing to a purchase. I help my clients lease properties that meet their budget and criteria.
